The Mark Trail Club has a very active social calendar that involves the entire family. Most events are targeted toward the family, while other events are adult only or teen only gatherings. Most events are free or require a nominal fee to cover costs.

Members may reserve the raised deck / grill area for private parties by following these easy steps.

1. 1. Check the calendar for availability.
   

2. 2. Email social@marktrailclub.com with date, time, and number of people attending party; please include contact name, telephone number, and email address.
   

3. 3. A $50 check made payable to Mark Trail Club should be sent to:

Once Paula has received the check, the party will be confirmed and added to MTC website calendar.

 

4. 4. For every 25 people that attend the party (not just swimming), one extra life guard is required.  See below for additional information.  Click on Swim Atlanta link and follow the directions: http://www.sapm.net/POOL_PARTIES.html.  At the end of the reservation process, you will be prompted to pay.  Your reservation will not be confirmed until you do so.
   

 

Important information:

·       An extra guard (in addition to the regularly staffed guards) is required for every 25 people attending the party (swimming or not).  The fee is $20/hour per guard.

·       Is alcohol being served?  Is it a teen or college party? One extra guard is required even if less than 25 people attend the party.  The fee is $40/hour per guard.   More than one guard is required for every 25 people.
