- The reservation entitles you to the deck for 2 hours. Additional hours require the Board of Directors’ approval and are charged as shown below.
- The reservation entitles you to use the deck/grill area, NOT the entire pool. Other members may still be present and using the pool area, so please ensure your party set up is on the deck and not the common seating areas.
- The deck can be reserved from 8am – 8pm, May 24th through Labor Day.

- If a party is requested with less than 7 days notice, a non-refundable $20 administration fee will be added to your total by SwimAtlanta.

SWIMATLANTA PARTY STAFFING POLICIES
- The current rate is $50.00 per lifeguard per hour.
- If alcohol is allowed, the lifeguard rate will be $75 per lifeguard per hour.
- One (1) Lifeguard is required per 25 people or part of 25. Due to insurance requirements, there can be no exceptions on the number of lifeguards per party.
- The total number of attendees includes EVERYONE attending the party, not estimated swimmers.
- One (1) additional lifeguard is required for any party involving teenagers, college-age people, or parties involving alcohol.
- If your party is during a time when a Lifeguard is already on duty, and you have less than 25 people in your group, you still may need to hire an additional Lifeguard. Adding your party to the number of swimmers that would normally be in attendance at the pool may cause the total number of swimmers to exceed 25. Please call SwimAtlanta at (770) 992-7665 so they can help you determine whether you will need additional lifeguard (s) during times when a lifeguard is normally on duty.
- Lifeguards will arrive at the start time of your party. If you would like them to be there in advance, please reflect that in the booking time submitted for your party.
- SwimAtlanta may be unable to provide lifeguards during school hours, school days, or holidays.
SWIMATLANTA CHILDREN’S PARTIES POLICIES
- For a party involving children, the party host must provide 1 adult chaperone for every 10 children under 18.
- For all After-Hours Pool Parties involving children 12 years old and younger, Lifeguards will conduct a Pool Party Orientation at the start of the party before anyone is allowed in the pool. The Orientation will include a swim test to identify non-swimmers. A child must be able to swim the width of the pool without stopping or touching the bottom to pass the test. Children who are determined to be non-swimmers must:
- Wear a Coast Guard Approved life jacket (not provided), or
- Be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times, or
- Stay out of the pool.
- It will be the Party Host’s responsibility, since the lifeguard will have to be watching the swimmers in the pool, to conduct the Pool Party Orientation for all late arriving participants and assist the lifeguard in conducting the swim test before late arrivals join the party. The Party Host will also help ensure that all non-swimmers are wearing a Coast Guard approved life jacket (not provided), or are accompanied by an adult in the pool, or do not go in the pool.
